Our phone systems are capable of receiving and directing calls 24×7. You may call in and dial your parties extension which will route your call to the employees remote telecommuting office – or you may leave a voicemail in the employee or company mailbox.

Putting Health First:
The health and safety of our colleagues, their families, and our communities are the highest priority. We continue to encourage everyone to follow the preventive measures recommended by the CDC to stay healthy and slow the spread of the virus, including:

- Avoid touching your face
- Stay home if you feel ill

Frank wears many hats at BC Tax. One of his responsibilities is for driving the overall web marketing strategies at BC Tax where he has held a senior position for over 20 years. Frank is an expert when it comes to anything IT and Internet related. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with Business Administration from the University at Albany.
