A message from BC Tax on Coronavirus disease (COVID-19)
As we continue to monitor the evolving situation on the COVID-19 Pandemic, it is our priority not only to ensure continuity of service to our clients, but the safety of our employees and their families. It is for this reason that we would like to communicate initiatives that we have put into place in response to the current climate.
Pandemic Protocols:
Effective Tuesday, March 17th, BC Tax will initiate protocols outlined in its pandemic plan, which include:
Telecommuting for Nonessential Personnel
BC Tax is committed to meeting your needs as a client, and we have taken steps to ensure that our employees are enabled for remote work capabilities. During this period our clients should not experience any major delays in communication with your assigned resolution team.
Continuing to Support our Clients:
Rest assured, BC Tax is well-positioned and prepared to work through this pandemic and we would like to emphasize that our operations and support will continue to function in the usual manner. You may contact us via any of the following methods:

Putting Health First:
The health and safety of our colleagues, their families, and our communities are the highest priority. We continue to encourage everyone to follow the preventive measures recommended by the CDC to stay healthy and slow the spread of the virus, including:
- Wash your hands frequently with soap and water
- Avoid touching your face
- Stay home if you feel ill
Although we feel our plan is good for our clients, our employees, and the community, we ask for your patience and we will continue to communicate often of any updates and other measures we’re taking as the situation progresses.
Wishing you good health,
The BC Tax Team
