I’ve never felt like a lawyer could b a good person. Untill I met Dan!! Not only did he comfort my worries, but he was 100% straightforward and honest about everything. It was so refreshing to have a lawyer who truly cares about your situation your family and your results. I would recommend him over and over and over again thanks Dan!

My life was over….Well let me start from the disaster. The state refused to work with my small restaurant business to get on a payment plan. They froze my accounts, seized all my money and property and finally closed my doors. I had no idea what to do. It was literally over. This restaurant is my life. It supports my family and community. Then I answered the phone one day randomly. Daniel has become my life saver. Although I didn’t need to use their services, Dan still talked to me and became a really good friend. This company will go above and beyond for you even if you don’t work with them! Daniel sat on calls with me for hours and days just listening to me cry. We talked and worked thru some things and with his help I gained the confidence to dig myself out of this hole. We finally re opened and we are going strong again! He’s a lifelong friend and I would highly recommend this company for any tax needs! These are the real ones here.

When you answer the phone but didn’t want to and it turns out being the call you’ve needed for longer than you’re sure you’ve needed help. Not only did I get answers to questions I didn’t know who to ask, I found a friend who really cared enough to listen, ask real questions and even more than some of my own family members really cared. I got information and understanding as well as a new friend and so thankful. It came when everything seemed the darkest and hardest in a really long time. Thank you Dan for being more than anyone would ask of you and for your kindness.

Hire these people if you owe the IRS or Colorado money ASAP. They got me out of a lot of trouble fast. Reasonable price for a quality service. They’ll help you spread payments out over years and get the balance knocked down considerably. Wish i knew about this a lot sooner.

2021 My taxes were a nightmare. I hired a firm that did more Damage than good. I got a call from Dan from BC Tax , LLC . He has been working to help me . I owed over $ 40,000 . I am a Vet . I have been out of work for 2 yrs . I have Zero income and waiting results from SS . Dan knows his job well . Not to mention he assured me we will get this done in a timely manner. I finally got the help I needed . I see Advertising for tax relief EVERYWHERE!!!!! Most are scams . BC Tax ,LLC is Not a scam . I recommend it to Any and all vets . Dan is your man . SFMF 👍. I stressed over this WAY to long ! Thanx Again Dan. I guess I spoke to soon . I got absolutely no where with this firm another $1,000 gone with NOTHING to show .

Everything about BC Tax is 5 stars. The entire company is 5+ stars. I spoke with at least a dozen companies before I found BC Tax and I was incredibly impressed with everyone I spoke with from start to finish. Nate T. managed my case and I am super grateful for his knowledge of how to negotiate with the IRS. He navigated me perfectly through a very challenging situation. I highly recommend the entire office and especially Nate!!
